Whole White Wheat Flour made from 12% protein hard white wheat sourced directly from our growers.

Our Whole White Wheat Flour is milled freshly in Texas from 100% hard white wheat.  Our process of slow grinding on European millstones keeps the grain cool and the flour contains the endosperm, germ, and bran for both maximum flavor and nutritional value.  This high-protein flour is perfect for tortillas, breads, bagels, pizza dough, muffins, and more.

Utilizing a hard white wheat removes some of the bitterness associated with tannins in the bran coat of the hard red winter wheat.
